DELIVERY
TERMS
1.
RESERVATION
The
reservation is binding at the day of the reservation.
The client
receives a confirmation of the reservation with the bill.
2.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Payment in
advance 30 % of the sum of the rent or the whole rent in the case of the
reservation under
100 €uro.
If the reservation is under 4 weeks, the whole rent has to be paid in one
instalment.
Time of
payment is 7 days after the reservation, the rest 4 weeks before the beginning
of the day
if it is
not agreed in another way.
If the
payment in advance is not paid by the settlement day, the holiday centre takes
the reservation
being
cancelled.
3.
CANCELLATION
The client has always to
inform the holiday centre about cancels.
In the
case of cancellation, there has to be paid 20 €uro for the recompense of the
office, if the cancellation has not taken place 8 weeks before the beginning of
the day.
In the
case of cancellations, which take place later, the holiday centre has the right
to ask for recompense in the following way:
-
Cancellation at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the day, payment in
advance as recompense.
-
Cancellation min. 2 weeks before the beginning of the day, 50 % of the sum of
the rent.
-
Cancellation under 2 weeks, the whole sum of the rent.
- If the
object cannot not be rent in another way, the whole rent is given back in the
way
- as we
will get the rent from another client.
- Payments
in advance, which are paid, are not given back.
4. PERSON
QUANTITY
The number
of persons is mentioned in the confirmation of the reservation, if it is not
agreed in another
way. If
the number of person is bigger than the number, which is mentioned in the
brochures,
the
holiday centre will have the right to ask for an additional sum for the
beds.
5. BEING AT THE
PLACE
The rent
includes the free use of the cottage and the equipment, which is mentioned in
the reservation
and
the brochures. The client has to take care for the cleaning of the cottage
during the time of the rent and also in the end of the rent, if it is not agreed
in another way.
6. DAMAGES
The damages, which have taken
place in the cottage or in the inventory, have to be recompensed.
7.
COMPLAINT
Complaint
have to be given the reception.
8.
RECOMPENSE AT COMPLAINTS
Possible
points of recompense are discussed at once at place.
9. WAY
OF RECONCILIATION
Questions
of trouble are discussed at first in the way of reconciliation.
Questions
of trouble of the second level are discussed the Court of Kitee.
